Changing cow crap to energy, crazy I know, but not impossible. One Steve Reinford installed a anaerobic digester which takes methane gas from cow crap and changes it into energy. It cost him a million dollars so I wouldn't recommend getting one, I'm not saying it is a bad idea though. I mean changing manure in energy in genius if you have enough cows to do that. See our friend Steve here has about 500 cows so this machine of his is paying for it's self really. How it works in by billions of tiny bacteria going off and consume the waste and then turning it into methane, which then can be a source of power. In addition to the gas it produces, the process leaves the farmer with liquid manure for his fields and a solid that can be used for cow bedding and landscaping. So this Anarobic Digester really has three good things going for it. Along with this being a method of enrgy making unlike most alternate energy ways, such as wind and water, this one reduces pollution rather than just being pollution free. So this machine is pretty awesome. I recommend reading about it in depth more.
